Why exercising at least once a day is just better than anything

Okay that was a super bold headline. Probably there are things which you can find without much hassle to say No it's not better than [fill in the blanks here]

Let me put it this way. I started exercising regularly and I am super happy with the results.

It's working.

Nice, what's working?

Well my brain started working better.

I became happier.

I am more focused.

I feel a lot more productive.

Self confidence is up.

I am more enthusiastic about both work and other stuff.

I just needed to start-up my body perhaps instead of just focusing on growing a start-up.

With healthy body and mind, growing a start-up becomes a breeze. People also start enjoying working with you.

So back to the beginning, exercise at least once a day and see the difference. Don't believe me? You got the remote control for yourself. Use it. Get out and move.
